What to farm
You hit and you buff. Cogni covers the hit, Natura and Varian cover the body. Special board Smite, if you spend wildcard crystals there, is shared with every class.
Every field pet unlocks at 5 souls and reaches insight 3 at 105. New unlocks also grant 500 Genus Insight EXP, so a wide collection beats camping one monster.
