Cogni owned effect
Cross-checked
HP, Critical Hit, and Might on every maxed pet. The stat package damage classes feel first.
The letter on a genus comes from how many level-45+ bosses are that genus. The pet you summon does not change the owned effect. Both tables are cited. Neither one is a mascot ranking we invented.

In-game representative pets from all five genera. Tiers compare genera and owned effects; these pets are not individually ranked.
Single source Nine slots open one by one at genus Insight levels 1 through 9. Analysis rolls a property into a slot and spends that genus’s Soul Crystals, or the universal kind, plus Kinah. Locking a slot makes the next analysis much more expensive. At Insight level 1, about nine rolls in ten are the lowest grade. At level 10, about one in five is. The client files these as analysis and ownership effects, not as stats on the pet you summon. All five genera count at once. Every pet has the same run and sprint speed, and none has equipped stats. In the four monster genera, any slot can also roll that genus’s Attack, Accuracy, Critical Hit, Defense, Evasion, Block, or Critical Hit Resist. Genus Damage Boost rolls only in slot 4. Genus Damage Tolerance rolls only in slot 7. Special slots 4 and 7 swap the PvE lines for front and back attack lines.
| Nine Insight slots | Insight vs this genus |
|---|---|
| 1, 5 | Offence: Boss Attack, PvE Attack, Attack Bonus, Penetration, Critical Attack |
| 2, 8 | Defence: Defense Bonus, Boss Defense, PvE Defense, Critical Hit Resist |
| 3, 6, 9 | Accuracy Bonus, Critical Hit, Evasion Bonus, Block |
| 4 | Damage Boost, Critical Damage Boost, PvE Damage Boost |
| 7 | Damage Tolerance, Critical Damage Tolerance, PvE Damage Tolerance |
Single source Same 744-character sample. The published table prints an em dash where one pet’s name should be, with no genus on that 1% row. We left the name blank. Special pets do not drop as souls from monsters, and Special Insight gains experience only through analysis. You can study a genus and ride a different pet.

Guide opinion AION 2 Tier List’s own reading of that sample, not a client tooltip: damage dealers want Cogni Attack, Cogni Critical Hit, and Cogni Damage Boost. Templar is pointed at Cogni Damage Tolerance, Cogni Defense, and Cogni Block. Cleric is pointed at the defensive lines. Solo play can weigh Varian higher because 26% of level-45+ elites are Varian.

| Gladiator | Black Dragon, Pagati |
| Templar | Pagati, Black Dragon |
| Assassin | White Bunny, Chonky Hamster |
| Ranger | Black Dragon, Pagati |
| Sorcerer | White Bunny, Two, Pagati, Black Dragon |
| Spiritmaster | Pagati, Two |
| Cleric | Two, White Bunny |

Single source Aion2Data, global client 2.0.6.0 hotfix 1, Steam build 25800038, files dated 9 Oct 2026. Souls to level 3 are NeedSoul plus the VehicleLevel souls for levels 2 and 3, which they print as 105. Kills are souls divided by souls per kill of the best monster, and souls per kill are successful rolls times the average stack, rounded up. Every field pet below is printed at 100% and 105 kills. Their page sorts those ties alphabetically. This table sorts by the best monster’s level, which is what changes how early the farm is. Game8, updated 13 Oct 2026, also says 105 defeats if you assume one soul per kill, and names the rows marked Game8. This ledger’s reward extract, captured 14 Oct 2026, prints 1% on these pets. That 1% is the figure on the extracted table. We do not turn it into 10,500 kills.
Aion2Data lists all seven Special pets with no monster soul drop, so the kill column is blank there. Souls to level 3 are still printed as 105. The seven names match this extract: Black Dragon, Chonky Hamster, Pagati, Swift Lugi, Two, Wandering Merchant Lugi, White Bunny.

Named by several guides as the best single line. Datamined, not a tooltip we captured. Save wildcard crystals for it.
Guide opinion
The lines Game8-via-Daeva, AION2 Builds, and Aion 2 Maps tell you to keep once locking is cheap enough.
Cross-checked
Accuracy and Dexterity. The second board for anyone whose hits can miss.
Guide opinion
Stamina, crit resist, evasion, constitution. Real, and second priority behind offense for most damage classes. First priority alongside Cogni HP for Templar and Cleric.

Species does not change the owned effect. Chase the genus and the area you can farm, then the look you want.
