Owned effect at insight 3

Cross-checked Same line for the whole genus. Cogni levels 1 and 2 are published. Other genera are shown at level 3 only.

  • Stamina +9
  • Critical Hit Resist +2
  • Precision +1

Single source Wikily and Daeva print Natura stamina as 9 at insight 3. Raid Relay and Aion 2 Maps print 900, with 300 and 600 at levels 1 and 2. That is a 100 times scale disagreement. This ledger keeps 9 until a global client check settles it.
