Aion 2 hidden spots & farm notes
Reviewed 2026-10-28 · 6 min read
A sourced shortlist of overlooked Verteron and Altgard camps, with level bands, monster notes and evidence gaps. No secret coordinates or copied map pins.

In-game pets matched to the farming camps. See the recorded locations below.
A useful shortlist, with the “hidden” claim kept honest
These are named camps in the existing ledger, not newly discovered secrets. The selection helps you notice different level bands and the east/west split of similarly named areas. We have not verified secret entrances, treasure coordinates or a faster route through locked terrain.
Editorial review: 28 October 2026. Camp data: Raid Relay, Global launcher 27, 14 October 2026, single source. A density figure is monsters within 50 metres, not souls per hour. Read how to use the map and ledger before choosing a destination.
Five camps to check against your character
Contaminated Marsh, Verteron — listed level 14-15; source density 52. Listed pets and their spawn counts: Skama 18, Marsh Targon 17, Black Spirit 17. Match the exact sub-area and your current level in game; these counts are from a dated client-placement extract, not a live spawn check.
Crimson Isle east, Verteron — listed level 47-48; source density 49. Listed pets and their spawn counts: Drana Spore 21, Rafflesia 12, Drana Mutant Brute 11, Unstable Spider 5. Match the exact sub-area and your current level in game; these counts are from a dated client-placement extract, not a live spawn check.
Crimson Isle west, Verteron — listed level 48; source density 51. Listed pets and their spawn counts: Manduri Trebuchet Worker 19, Drana Predator 17, Manduri Fighter 10, Unstable Spider 5. Match the exact sub-area and your current level in game; these counts are from a dated client-placement extract, not a live spawn check.
Purifying Forest, Altgard — listed level 28-29; source density 42. Listed pets and their spawn counts: Gravi 18, Superior Earth Spirit 14, Kalgolem 10. Match the exact sub-area and your current level in game; these counts are from a dated client-placement extract, not a live spawn check.
Fafnite Deposit, Altgard — listed level 35-36; source density 57. Listed pets and their spawn counts: Swarm 45, Parasite Swarm 6, Mudthorn 6. Match the exact sub-area and your current level in game; these counts are from a dated client-placement extract, not a live spawn check.
Check the monster names on each pet record
The separate reward extract lists Foul Skama as one source for Skama and Giant Ore Insectoid as one source for Swarm. These pet-level lists span their recorded regions and do not prove which monster appears at a particular camp. Check the pet page and your own client before travelling.
Compare the Verteron ledger and Altgard ledger for the named regions. The camp figures above are pet spawn counts, not a list of verified monster names.
Choose by the pet and route, not just the count
Crimson Isle east and west are separate source entries. Matching only “Crimson Isle” can send you to the wrong monster group. Read the full camp name and then check the pet’s own source row. A nearby pack is not interchangeable with the target listed in that row.
The lower-level marsh and forest examples provide a different shortlist from the later island camps. Higher density at a much higher level can produce a worse session if travel, survival or kill time dominates. Compare your own small, repeatable sample rather than treating an archived count as a universal recommendation.
What cannot be filled from this extract
Eltnen, Morheim and later areas are not covered by this reward extract. Some pets have monsters but no verified area; some have no reward source or no soul item. We leave those gaps visible. This article does not infer a hidden location from a missing row.
A Hidden Cube is also a different acquisition system from a monster camp. The separate cube/crystal notes remain attributed and untested by this project. See crystal sources rather than assuming that a “hidden spot” contains a particular reward.
Build a two-camp plan
Choose one camp matching a pet you need and a second nearby option you can reach in your own client. Record monster names, current level and a short observation. If the names or drops disagree with the ledger, preserve the discrepancy with a date and source instead of silently changing it into a guaranteed route.

Frequently asked questions
Are these confirmed secret locations? No. They are named camps from an attributed extract, selected because they can be easy to overlook.
Do the camp counts guarantee current spawns or soul drops? No. The counts are a dated client-placement snapshot, not a live spawn check or an hourly reward estimate.
Does missing coverage mean Eltnen or Morheim has no pets? No. Those regions are missing from this reward extract; that is an evidence gap, not a claim about the game.
